Size nefis bir çorba tarifi ile geldim. Bol malzemeli biraz uğraştırıcı bir tarif ama lezzeti buna değer;)
malzemeler:
300 gr tavuk göğüsü
1 adet havuç
1 adet patates
1 adet soğan
1 adet yeşil biber
1 çay bardağı yulaf ezmesi
8-10 adet mantar
1 çorba kaşığı un
1 tatlı kaşığı tereyağ
1 çay kaşığı zerdeçal
tuz
yapışı: Tavuğu haşlayıp didikleyin. Haşlanan tavuğun suyunu ayırın. Sebzeleri jülyen doğrayıp soteleyin. Çorbayı yapacağınız tencerede un ve tereyağı kavurun. 5 su bardağı tavuk suyu ekleyin. (gerekirse daha sıcak su ekleyip kıvamını istediğiniz gibi ayarlayın) Zerdeçalı ekleyip karıştırın. Isınmaya başlayınca sotelenmiş sebzeleri ve yulafı ekleyip karıştırın. Kaynamaya başlayınca tuz ekleyip kapatın.
