- 2 adet havuç
- 2 adet kırmızı biber
- küçük kutu konserve mısır
- 2-3 dal yeşil soğan
- 5-6 adet yeşil dolma zeytin
- 1-2 demet dereotu
- sosu için:
- zeytin yağı
- 1 adet limon
- 1'er tatlı kaşığı haldal, nar ekşisi
- karabiber, kimyon, nane, pulbiber, tuz
yapılışı: Mercimeği 1,5 su bardağı ile haşlayın. (su az gelirse bir daha ilave edin ama suyu süzülmeyecek kadar az) Havuçu rendeleyin. Biberi, soğanı, zeytini, dereotunu doğrayın. Mısırı da süzün. Servis tabağına tüm malzemeleri alıp karıştırın. Sos malzemeleri çırpın, üzerine döküp karıştırın. Üzerini istediğiniz şekilde süsleyin. afiyet olsun...

Ay ben bunu daha önce 2-3 kere yapmaya çalıştım olmadı. hep tarifi yanlış veriyorlardı. ilk yaptığımda, tarifi veren arkadaşım düdüklüde mercimekleriş haşlamamı söylemişti. O tariften ancak 1 kazan mercimek çorbası yapabilmiştim. Bu tarifinizi deneyeceğim. inşallah beceririm.
